Kind of feeling crappy again...I am so tired of being sick! I forgot my gym clothes today so won't be able to work out at lunch, but I have made a pact to get on the elliptical at home tonight and maybe get in some Wii action. I am making some soup tonight for dinner so that will be something warm seeing how I woke up this morning to snow. We so need the moisture, but the cold right now is not good! We played softball last night, it was chilly, but it was great exercises! I think I am doing good still on the weight, I went shopping this weekend and tried on some clothes, didn't purchase anything, but I am almost in a size smaller then I purchased last time...I was pleased with it, just need to keep pushing! Hope everyone is doing good!

Starting to feel better! I still have really done nothing due to being sick, but I am getting better. Eating is still ok, or should I say lack there of...not eating as much as I should because nothing is good right now, but I know it will get better. Hubby has dive rescue training tomorrow so I am going to try to use that time to clean the house and maybe get my butt on the Wii, it has been so long. I actually miss doing it and need to get back into the grove of things. I am missing the gym too, oddly enough, but will get back in there next week!
I did sneak a peak this morning on the scale and am down another lb., I also measured myself the other night and am down 1 inch in my waist, hips, booty, and legs so that is awesome! Wishing you all a great weekend!

Sick...Sick...Sick! I am tired of being sick! I have had a cold for 5 days now and it sucks! I did lose some weight though which is a bonus, but have done no exercise since Sunday! We played in our first Softball tourney and played 6 games in one day, so that was great! I have had no appetite at all so eating is going really well...LOL! But I am trying to drink lots of fluids. I put on a pair of pants this morning and they are not staying up very well which is a bonus for me. Going to measure tonight to check those results, so wish me luck. Hoping to get back to the gym, but won't until I get ride of this sticking cold! Hope all is well with everyone!!!

Things are going pretty good this week. Been to the gym 3 times, played volleyball and am going to be playing in our first coed softball tourney of the season this weekend! I am feeling pretty good about what I have accomplished this week! Eating is going good too...I have not been 100%, but I am cool with my choices and everything I have done! I am waiting until it tells me to weigh in to get on the scale to see what I weigh. I did measure myself the other night so I am going to continue to do that to see my progress. I am trying to stay low key with all of this and not get so frustrated with things...I know I can do this, I believe in myself, now I just need to continue to do so! Thanks for all the encouragement!

VERY...VERY...DISAPPOINTED!!!! I am so frustrated with the fluctuation of the scale, I am about ready to toss it out the window! But I am done with it, I am going to measure myself tonight when I get home and that is how I am going to roll from now on! 5 lbs, how do you gain 5lbs in a week when you are doing what you should be doing. I am not saying I followed 100%, but I did everything right or so I thought I did! I exercised, ate about 90% right and thought I was doing ok, until I get on the scale this morning and it said I gained 5lbs back! I just don't get it! All my clothes fit the same, nothing on that front has changed, so how do you gain 5 lbs just like that? I am so over it....I am over the fluctuation and I am going to do this if it kills me! I want to be happy with the way I look and I want to not be ashamed of myself any more! I am going to need all the support I can get here girls, so please any advice you can give me would be much appreciated!!!!
So far today I have eaten:
Breakfast: Yogurt & Banana
Lunch: Mixed Green salad with carrots, celery, radish, grilled chicken & fat free Catalina dressing
