Today I went to the gym again. I did a stretching program for 19 minutes and then upper and lower body, workout for 20 minutes. Will go back tomorrow. Have a good evening and a great day tomorrow. LoreJae

Today was an off day for me. I didn't get to snap fitness. The last couple of days, I changed my routine. I added a little more weight and a few more reps. Also yesterday, we took residents from a nursing home, so they could go shopping, which required loading and unloading wheel-chairs, pushing the wheel-chairs and a lot of walking. I didn't sleep good on top of everything else, so I took a break today. Some of it was stress and tiredness. I will get back at iot again tomorrow. Had a lot of rain and storms last night, so I did what I love best, ths time of year. I sat out on my porch and enjoyed the wind, the rain and thunder and lightning. My weight is still the same, at least I haven't gained anymore so far. Well that is all for now all of you have great evening, and I will keep in touch. LoreJae

I went to the gym again, after yesterday I thought I would be sore, I still having trouble meeting my calorie range. When exercise I don't get hungry. So to help me a little I guess I will eat a light snack fruit or something. It is raining here and storming and I spent some It relaxes me. Catch you all later. Have a great evening LoreJae

I made it to Snap Fitness. I worked out an hour. I did weight training on 8 machines. I feel pretty good. Will probably be somewhat sore tomorrow, because, I upped my reps by 3 and added 5 lbs more weight. I will work out tomorrow also. Also did some cardio. My husband and I work out together. Hope all of you have a great day. It is raining here in Ohio, but don't mind, because, I love the rain, and I love to sit out on my porch, in the evening when it is storming. Today, I managed to eat 557 calories for the whole day I don't know if that is good or not.I feel satisfied. I just don't feel,like eating a lot. I have never been a big eater. I am not picky,about good wholesome food. I love fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken, and seafood. I don't mind red meat once in a while, but am not a great fan of it. Hope ll of you out there had a nice restful day,full of peace and relaxation. Tomorrow, I will go to snap fitness and work out some more. Best of luck to all of you out there. will be back tomorrow.
