I met with my personal trainer at the gym today. Back in December she worked out a fitness plan for me and I have been doing very well on it, but it is time for a change. We met, we talked, and she is now in the process of planning a new workout regimine for me. I am so excited! My old workout has become a little boring and I think this will also kick me off of the plateau that I seem to have found myself in the middle of. She seemed a little concerned when I told her that I was only aiming for about 1500 calories a day (which I have been going over consistently lately, anyway) but I reassured her that if I am feeling hungry I eat. I am wary of going over about 1800 calories on any given day because my job is so sedentary. Sure I workout every day after work, but I sit at a desk for 7.5 hours every day.
I have been waiting (very impatiently) for my TOM to begin also. I used to be super regular but I think that working out has made my cycle a little longer than it used to be. Does that make sense or am I just making that up? I am also hoping that once TOM does start that will help break me out of this month long plateau. So, hurry up TOM...let's get this over with!!
I should journal more, it felt good to write some of this down today.

I have hit the plateau from hell! I am going to need to find some way to switch up my exercise routine and hopefully kick my weight loss back into gear. It is a little frustrating to see the exact same number on the scale every day!

I literally have not seen the number on the scale change at all in the last week. It's crazy! I'm just glad I'm not gaining weight and I hope to see a drop soon!

Haven't journaled in a while on account of being pretty busy (at work, in school, and in my personal life). I'm hoping this weekend affords me some time to just relax and catch up on sleep. Food has been okay. I've been giving into cravings a lot more lately but I think it's because I am busy lately. Also, TOM is preparing for a visit. I figure as long as I am exercising and staying within my RDI of calories I am okay. However, I also know that every extra snack just slows my weight loss. I'm going to try to focus on that a little more. I've been able to keep up on my exercise which has been a life saver and I've seen some weight loss in the last few weeks which feels good.
I am hoping that with spring coming I will be able to get more exercise into my days because I will want to be outside. I am especially excited for running outside!
In the meantime, bring it on TOM...let's get this over with and move on for the month!
