SO what a previous 2 weeks I have had. I have been super busy and have had a lot of challenges. Nonetheless, hear I am still focused and doing what I need to do. As I keep saying quitting is not an option. I have been doing great exercising 4 or 5 days out of the week for 20 to 30 minutes and still am working on the eating over my calorie goal of 1500 a day everyday, which mostly involves me controlling my night time eating. That is still a work in progress. But even when I go over a little by 100 or 200 calories, I still feel good about it because I know I have eaten under my BMR and I know that I am doing different than I used to. I don't deny myself anything, I just make sure I can fit whatever it is I want, or I will just have to eat it tomorrow. :)330s I am knocking on your door! ANSWER ME! haha

As I reflect on the reasons I have not quit and keep moving forward, I know there are soooooo many of them. I will list them all one day at a later time, but I do want to share this one. I have been exercising 5 days out of the week for 20 to 30 minutes a day depending on how I feel. Missed a few days here and there but have stuck with it for the most part. 3 days in this week. So I know that great feeling of accomplishment, but I also know this great feeling of PAIN and ACHES in my legs and back from doing it. LMAO!!! But I keep telling myself, as I limp through the halls of my house and at work like I just got in a fight with the treadmill (because I really did!), that one day I will wake up and the pain will be gone because I have finally lost enough weight for it not to be painful anymore. One day. But that and seeing the scale go down because of the effort made is what keeps me going.
Some thoughts I wanted to share from a recent message of mine. I also just posted an updated photo of me on my profile pic. :)

My life has been super busy lately. I have still been exercising but last week I missed 2 out of my 5 days because of late nights getting in so late after handling some business with my husband. That also meant I had to eat out since I could not make dinner. Sucks, but that's life. So this week is going to be a refreshing week to get me back in the groove of things....eating well and exercising everyday through the work week. I need to keep progressing.

I've been MIA on my journal because I have been super busy. I had a cold then my 5 month old had a cold which he is still recovering from. So I have been sooo busy between that and work. But nonetheless, here I am! Getting close to entering those 330s. You know I thought about it the other day. I was 345lbs when I found out I was pregnant with my now 5 year old son. Hmmmm......ponder that!
