Again with the plateau-ing. I'm gonna cut out salt starting the day after tomorrow (I'm going to my grandma's for dinner tomorrow, and I'm planning on eating her famous pasta). I weighed in again today at 234lbs, but I've been keeping to my diet and working out.
I'm amazed at how long I've stuck to this, I know it's a life change, but I'm still wow'd that I'm making the time for ME. I went home from someones house early tonight so I could get my workout in before working midnights, and I've been just DOING it.
I know it will pay off, but I need to hear it. I will lose this weight, it's just frustrating waiting. :P
I bought new shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant and body spray today for incentive. I like pampering myself after. I always wash my face with nice cleanser, then put a mask on while i get undressed for the shower. I love the feeling of accomplishment and making myself feel good. Today I even did my hair before work, usually, because I work midnights I tend not to care what I look like since it's usually only myself and ONE co-worker working, and she's a friend so she doesn't really care how I look. I've convinced said coworker to join Fatsecret with me, and she's super encouraging (thanks for that)
Anyway, I'm sleepy and at work. Wish I was in my bed...

GOOD MORNING FAT SECRET!!! I woke up, brushed my teeth, got some water and changed into my workout clothes. I find that getting into my designated workout clothes actually ALMOST makes me want to workout. Haha.
So, here I am, once again working out. I weighed in at 234.4 this morning. That's exciting, even if I did hit 232 a few days ago, that was a freakish low. I'm still getting further and further away from the 240 i was weighing in at last week.
I think I'm actually starting to like working out? I find that I'm screaming "Oh yeah!" in stead of just terrible moans of hate that I used to make when it hurt. I also love feeling how warm my muscles are - I can almost always feel them. I've started jogging in spot a lot (my friends hate it, they say it makes them nervous - I think they're not use to seeing me this happy and active)
I can't believe all the support I'm finding for this. For every jealous person who offers me pizza or donuts, there are 3 or 4 people telling me about vitmains, alternative recipes and quick little workouts I can do.
I also wouldn't be able to do this without FS, all you people and the FS ap for my Blackberry.
Okay, workouts almost done, gonna do some arm weights for the last 10 minutes. Hope you all workout and eat well today :)

pizza cravings! It's been three days now, but I haven't caved. Is there some tasty/more calorie friendly version of pizza I've somehow managed to never hear of? ANY SUGGESTIONS?!
