More garden work, then laundry and cleaned bathrooms.

Dentist this morning, then went to the library and did a few errands. Watered the garden; everything very dry.

I will be using FS to track my food and exercise, but am limiting the “social” part of the programme to those I am currently following.

couldn't sleep last night, and got up to read. Had my "breakfast" at around 4 a.m.
Will spread last 2 bags of mulch this morning, then that will be it until next spring when I will do several more sections of the garden. I find that the mulch lasts 3 years, so I've divided the garden into 3 roughly-equal sections and just keep going round and round!
Sometimes I wonder if I haven't made too many gardens... it's getting harder to keep it all up. At least it's mostly perennials, with potted annuals and edging annuals added each year for consistent colour. What I would really like is more time to just sit and enjoy it.
Yesterday I set out 3 different meal plans for myself with 12, 14 and 16 hour fasts. I do the 14-hour one most often as pushing it to 16 usually brings on acid reflux.

So hot - tearing back a vine from the side of the house, cutting lower leaves off hostas to make room to spread compost and mulch.
Aris's friend Fiona came over to visit me, then Lewis, their marmalade cat came over too. We chatted for a while then I sent them home and came inside to sit in front of the fan.
Tonight is treat night. I am getting sweet potato fries and a crispy chicken salad from Swiss Chalet. I will divide both in half before eating, and will save half for lunch tomorrow. That way I will stay within my range for calories, fat and protein. I will eat only the bottom half of the bun (messy, but saves calories), and will try to eat slowly, taking a drink of water after every 2-3 bites. Eating too fast is one of my biggest challenges, especially as Peter eats very slowly. I often have to get up and start on the dishes so that I do not continue eating just to "keep him company". Eating alone is really much easier.
