Still struggling. Have been very unwell with the pain meds im taking and the anti depressants. No motivation to exercise, have trouble getting to sleep. And I havnt been able to work. Dreading the chocolate over easter. Plan on getting back into my spin bike this long week, eat home cooked meals and stay away from processed crap. Going to weigh in on Tues take photos etc and start a 12 week challenge. The goal is to eat clean. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, good quality protein and lots of water. Hope everyone else has a sucessful weekend.

Am absolutely disgusted with myself. My weight just keeps going up and my nutrition has been out of control. Enough is enough. I'm drawing a line in the sand and starting again this n the morning. I know its been emotional rating but I am going to look at the long term satisfaction of feeling great as oppsed to the short term gratification of a bowl of icecream. I have tried the lchf thing but as soon as I try to cut out whole food grpups I crave them more. Three years ago I lost weight by eating unprocessed food and watching portion control So im going to tdy this again. Im also going to journal daily as this keeps me honest and focused. Its my 45th in July and I want to be bloody close to my goal by then. Im gonna be one hot granny lol.

Well the last couple of weeks have been a total disaster. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which is a chronic pain condition that is not curable. So what did I do. Took comfort in my old enemy food! And high white carbs at that. Ironically its this type of food that makes me feel worse. So enough! Today is a fresh start and I am determined to do what I can to improve my health. Hope everyone is having success on their journey

Was really hungry today. Even tho I stuck to my lchf regime went way over calorie allowance. Back on track tomorrow:-)

Another good day. Had a late breakfast so the rest of the day Ive just been having small snacks not big meals. I often feel like this in weekend so I had plenty of the foods I am allowed on my plan. My goals for the next week is to eat more veges. I dont like cooked vege at all but I do like salad which I have every night but its usually small. So I want to eat salad at lunch too so I get my five serves a day in. Just have to be organised. Hope everyone else is being strong :-)
