Breakdown of yesterday:
Breakfast:
- Coffee with milk and sugar
- Future life chocolate oats (no sugar added, made with boiling water only)
Lunch:
This one I enjoyed.
- Cauliflower and Brocolli mix (boiled from frozen) about 250grams.
- White cheddar melted over the top. yummmm
Snack:
- Tin of tuna in brine
- Table spoon of Cross and Blackwell (light) mayonnaise
- 6 Provita (multi grain)
Dinner:
- Coffee with milk and Sugar
- Future life honey oats
Excersice:
Here is the problem. It was one of those days. Started work at 6am left at 19:30pm. No time for exercise.
- 31800 steps
Result: 0.6kg loss

Morning guys.
As promised to @Leksie and @Coco1978m
A quick run down of yesterday.
Breakfast:
Future life chocolate oats
2x coffee with milk and sugar (I need 2 in the morning🙈)
Lunch:
One chicken thigh (meat and skin eaten)
One table spoon of Cross and Blackwell light mayonnaise.
Snack:
1 x cup of mashed carrots (potato added)
Dinner:
Future life honey oats
1x cup of coffee
Exercise:
27200 steps
200 sit ups
100 Dumbell curls
100 Kickbacks
100 star jumps
100 squats
All done bit by bit through out the day.
Result:
1.4kg loss

Update as promised.
Weekends suck and slow me down so much. I never get the steps done over weekends.🙈🤣
Yesterday was a fast day again.
Had two pieces of boerewors last night with some tamotoe sauce.
Fasting seriously sucks🤣🤣🤣
Didn't get a chance to excersice yesterday, was just one of those days.
Will have to work twice as hard today.
