Well I can't believe the "We're All in This Together" challenge is over! Thank you to everyone who inspired me and kept me moving forward! I have really not put forth the effort to get my 10,000 steps/day and now I think I will go out and buy a FitBit or similar device to keep me accountable. If I could just get moving more, I know the weight would drop off faster. But I am happy with the progress I made in the last 12 weeks. Thanks challenge buddies!

Better weight loss this week than I thought I would have, so that was a pleasant surprise! Been working outside now that the weather is better but now I have a sore back and I'm stiff. Gotta do more stretching! This week I am going to try logging my food intake/calories. I stopped doing it awhile ago, thinking I can manage my calorie intake from memory, but it's not so easy. I think writing it all down makes me more aware of what I am eating, and stops me from eating things I shouldn't because I know I will have to write it down! This has always been my biggest roadblock to most diets that require keeping track of food. I'll try to do better this time!

Only two weeks left to go in this challenge and I'm feeling good about my progress. I hoped to lose 25 pounds. I'm not there yet, but if I stay good for the next two weeks I think I just might make it!

Two weekends back to back with parties. Weight is up one pound but I feel like it should be up even more! I will take my own advice and keep looking forward...not back :) Gotta get my butt moving and exercise for real...not just the extra yard work etc that I've been doing! I just feel so worn out :(

I'm happy that I am down this week, and I actually hit my 20# original goal, with two more 20# goals to go! I have been so very busy with my daughter's college graduation, which was yesterday. She got engaged a couple of weeks ago, so now we are planning a wedding for next year. That is certainly more motivation for me! Especially since her future mother-in-law is about 100 pounds dripping wet! Ha Ha! I'm just jealous! The woman is very sweet...and beautiful! But I plan to keep this momentum going. I feel like I am able to do more things physically, so I plan to kick it in with the exercise. I bought a jump rope today. Just need the rain to stop so I can go outside and use it! Thanks for all of your support, buddies!
