Not as bad as I'd expected, considering my poor phys and diet over the summer. Intend to follow a rehabilitation program for my ankle, increase weight training and basic cardio, and restart monitoring diet.

Cheat day, yesterday. It was nice to have chocolate, bread and cider, but I feel guilty. Despite this, I've lost 1/2 stone from my previous weight (150lbs), and will record a weight by next week, hopefully. I don't want to update a gain just because my weight has been fluctuating. Still on my goal of 125lbs. I don't get why it should be so hard :(
Anyway, lots of exercise today and low carb, high protein is the plan for the next two weeks or so until another (probably forced!) cheat day.

Not enough protein today, so that might be why I'm feeling hungry. This is my new start - I'm heading towards veganism. I thought milk, honey, meat and fish would be easiest. I wouldn't miss them. It tends to be what they are hidden in that I'm missing. Like cakes and biscuits. Though apparently milk gives you cellulite, so need to watch that! I'm just trying to keep to my low calorie diet and get enough protein from my foods without too much fat. Nuts are good sources but very fatty. Fine for a normal calorie diet but not for a low cal one. So I'm filling up on veggies and fruit, which is bumping up my sugar intake. I'm still eating eggs, as they're my favourite food. Tofu, soya and Quorn are good too.
I don't really know what my current weight is, but I imagine its between 140 and 143. Even typing the higher number is making me feel upset. Next stage is to get to the gym. I have been so lazy this week, even though I love it and now would be a good time to go as no-one is back at uni from the Xmas holidays. Nice and peaceful.
I'm actually keeping my cal intake low in order to slim a little for a party next week. Because I'm eating 3 or 4 times a day, my metabolism is staying revved, so hopefully I can increase the intake a little after then, and just keep up exercise. It perhaps good, as I fell yesterday and badly banged my hip, which is meaning I'm not feeling up to a run or anything strenuous. I may do some toning and weights later actually - better than nothing :)

I'm pretty ashamed of myself. I have been avoiding a journal entry (and even looking at my blog) because of all the food I've eaten. It hasn't made me feel good and my system is only just starting clear up from the horrendous weekends I've been having. I'm going home this weekend, so it will either all fall apart, or stay pretty reasonable. I have plenty to keep me busy, so shouldn't be too tempted. I've been craving cupcakes so badly and in my hometown, we have this amazing cupcake shop, so I'm going to have one as a treat, but other than that - there isn't much for me to slip up on.
I am mega annoyed as I had a physio appointment today, and the physio had to stretch me. My hips were really sore anyway, but now I'm in agony and I almost collapsed while doing the dishes. So no gym. I don't even know if I can manage swimming, but I'm praying I can, otherwise it's all going to undone. I weighed myself on Tuesday and I had gone back up to 138lbs. I don't know if that was from weighing myself at the end of the day, and still full from the weekend (I digest sooooo slowly), but it really knocked me. the only saving grace was that I tried on a size 10 (UK) dress that was too big, but at least a dress size. Yay...I guess....

Very strenuous weekend, hence the high calorie intake. Hating the 'blot' on my diet calendar, but it was pretty much burnt off, so not feeling too bad. Gym tomorrow, and easy calorie day, with lots of liquids and low cal foods.
