I haven't been posting much recently. I did a strength test in mid February and re-herniated the L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs. I've been a little bummed out. I fell off the clean eating and put some fat back on. I'm back to the gym and lifting again but not as heavy and I'm leaving out some exercises. I'm still killing it on bench press but I have dialed back leg press and deadlifts. Test results were good,
Bench 2 reps @ 285 lbs full rom down to touch chest to full lock out.
Leg Press 2 reps @ 1118 lbs full rom
Deadlift 2 reps @ 320 lbs then injured putting it back down :(
I've focused more on intense cardio and this week set two PB's on the rower,
500 m sprint 1:38.7
2000 m row 7:57.5
Goals remain the same for 2015, Bench 315 lbs, Leg Press 1400 lbs but now I've added 500 m sprint sub 1:30.0 2000 m sub 6:00.0. Body fat to sub 15%.

With 9-1/2 months to go I am sure I can do this. A little less aggressive and more methodical and I'll do it. No more injuries!
