How do you manage to get your good fats in? And please don't say Avocado. I tried so many ways and I just can't do it. So no Avocado toast for me 😄

Day 4 - I have been holding out to eat until I feel hungry. But it is strange to not realize what actual hunger is. It has been so many years since I have felt hunger since I ate out of a feeling, like boredom or sadness. I always have urges to eat. Now it is trying to decipher real hunger, urges or am I just thirsty. This time I want to listen to my body and beat the habits. Not listen to a script and the scale.

I ate two Grilled cheese sandwiches on Rye bread for dinner. I tracked every last thing today and dinner. I knew it would be higher calories than normal so I adjusted the rest of my day for it. Proud of myself since trackingnis super hard for me

Day 3 - I did well yesterday. I am finding that I have specific times I get thenurge to eat. Not because I am hungry but because I have trained my body that is antime to eat. so about 9ish every morning I get an urge to eat regardless of hunger. It is something I am really trying to pay attention to is my hunger queues.

Day 2. Yesterday seemed easy. But I always find the first week I excited. Second week I start the bargaining process with myself, "If I have these two cookies I won't have XYZ." It's not a healthy mindset. I want this to work so badly so bad habits have to go. I must break the vicious cycle.
