I was right!!! I lost 3.2 pounds yaya!
It feels great and I have so much more energy. I remember when I first started exercising I didn't realize how much more energy I was getting. Before I started my diet I was going to bed at 9pm and waking up at 9:30am still ehausted. Now I have so much energy I can go to bed at 11:00pm and wake up at 7:30am feeling revived and ready for the day.Its like I have so much more time to do things! At first I was worried that something was wrong because I would try to go to sleep at 9 (to make sure i would be able to wake up in time for school) and I had so much energy that I wouldn't be able to!

Its so exciting to see how much you change from when you first start exercising to after just a month or two!
Today I went on the treadmill and did 4.3 mph. I jogged for a total of 15 min. and then 'power walked' at 3.8 for 15 min and then did a cool down for 5 at 3.4. It so crazy because I remember when I first started.. I started with 3.0 and I was exhausted after 10 minutes. And now I am JOGGING!! Of course after I was done I was exhausted but soo excited. lol

Okay so today I nearly killed myself. I went to the gym and was really pumped because the next 2 days I wont be able to go because of my classes. So i figure if I work extra hard today and extra hard the day I go back that it will help a little.

Well I had been wearing these running tennis shoes that I bought from walmart and there were kinna bothering me so I went through my closet looking for something i could wear instead. Well I found my old dancing shoes that I wore when I was on the dance team in high school. I tried them on and they felt great. I figured "well since i used to dance in these, they probably are good to do some walking on the treadmill." Biggest mistake I could of made. I guess I wasn't thinking straight but those shoes were made with NO cushion.... so that you could be light on your feel while dancing on a gym floor. After about 10 min on the treadmill I was dying haha. But I stuck it out and finished my 35 min. When I got off and went into the ladies workout room i nearly collasped! I took my shoes off and I had blisters on top of blisters!

So.. the moral of the story is... if your trying out new shoes, always bring an extra pair just in case hahaha! Good thing I wont be working out tomorrow I dont think i would make it haha!
