While yesterday was a good day last night was not. There was cheesecake in the house and I succumbed. And this was about 3am because I was up and couldn't sleep. Feel so crappy this morning, guilty and I have a stomach ache. Doesn't take much to realize anymore that I can't eat those high carb processed foods and feel good. Thought I had learned that lesson. Guess I needed it driven home again. I'm pretty sure I went out of ketosis when I was dealing with the constipation issue. Ate well yesterday but I was so hungry all day. Did not have the benefit of ketosis which for me was no hunger, no appetite, and no cravings. Have to hold on for 3 to 4 days until I get back there. Why am I so hard headed, it's not even as if I really wanted it. I was out of control. My scale did not sync with my tablet this morning so I will record the weight later but I can say I am up at least a pound. Feeling a little less hopeful today but determined to hang on.

Back on track. Things are moving again, most certainly the ex-lax which I'm pretty sure is not good for atkins because of the added sugar but it's the only, and I seriously mean only, thing that worked. I guess I will find out if it stalls any weight loss. While I was in distress I didn't record my food or count my carbs though I didn't eat anything I hadn't been eating before. I feel much better today physically and certainly more hopeful. Drinking my water, taking my vitamins, making better and more varied food choices. What I need to be doing is exercising. I'm fairly sure that when I fell a few days ago that I reinjured the foot that was healing from several stress fractures. Unfortunately, I need to wait a little while before I can get back to walking for exercise. Once my foot heals sufficiently I need to be doing stretching exercises for my achilles tendons which cause me pain when I walk. One thing at a time I guess. I will eat clean, I will lose the weight, I will get healthy.
