It’s a lazy rainy Sunday here. Not much going on. Baby is napping and the older girls are just vegging out. Not sure what I’m making for sinner yet, but I’m sure something will inspire me eventually lol

I guess I forgot to journal yesterday?? My week was all messed up because my middle daughter had half days all week. And yesterday she needed me to take her to one of her sponsors businesses so she could load up on goodies. So that, plus having to take the baby to my MIL and then picking her back up... It was a confusing and busy day!!
Today is pretty chill. No tournaments this weekend, but my oldest has to work till 9pm. That means we have to pick her up at that hour. Not looking forward to that! But we will be going to another one of my middle daughters sponsors for dinner tonight so that’s nice. Healthy food, low calorie and tasty, and I don’t have to cook!!
I’m actually really looking forward to weighing in on Monday. I also have my drs appointment on Monday for my heel spurs, or whatever it is. Fingers cross I walk out of there without a gimp!!
In the pictures I have 2 things that I love. Sushi, and doing my nails 😂

When I decided to eat healthy and take care of myself, I also decided to stop drinking at home. Before January 1st, I drank almost every night. Either 2 glasses of wine, or a few shots of vodka. Just enough to get a little buzz and relax. But New Years morning, I dumped it all down the sink. At first I didn’t even think about drinking. But this last week, I’ve been having a really hard time every night. Unless I’m out of the house, doing something and keeping my mind occupied, I’m majorly jonesing for a drink.
The only thing that has stopped me is the fact that I have 0 booze in the house, and always being left with my toddler, so I can’t just pick up and go to the liquor store. I mean, I guess I could, but I’m not a fan of taking kinda into liquors lol
Anyone else give up booze and having a bit of a hard time??

It’s a cold and icy Hump Day. I’ve had a good and healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner is in the slow cooker.
I’m definitely not eating enough calories so I need to work on that. I don’t write down every single thing I eat so I know my food journals aren’t 100% accurate, but still I need to be more diligent.
Tomorrow is my Dr appointment for my foot. I’m not looking forward to it, but I am looking forward to being able to walk like a normal person, so there’s that lol

I may have been doing to many things at once, and over cooked my salmon just a teeny tiny bit but it’s all good. Protein makes my body feel good!! I can’t seem to get enough fish 🐟 Buying it at Aldi makes it super affordable. 2 lbs of salmon was less than $8!!!
Not to figure out tomorrow’s menu....
