My 2nd journal entry! Back when I used to use this site to lose 100+ pounds the first time I journaled every day. I figure if I’m serious, I should stick to that.
Today I have a parent/teacher conference for my middle daughter. Now that she’s in 5th grade, this will be her last scheduled one. And obviously if we decide to homeschool her next year there won’t be any lol.
I’m still sick. Wheezing with every damn breathe. I’m the worst I’ve been today, than I have been in weeks. I don’t feel sick, I just can’t freaking breathe. I even used my inhailer already!
Thursday I had an appointment with the foot doctor. I’m not looking forward to the possibility of having a big ass needle stabbed into my heel, but I’ll be happy to get rid of this terrible pain.

My first journal entry 🙋🏼♀️
I’m a mom of 3 daughters, married and living on the Jersey Shore. This is my 2nd attempt at losing a shit load of weight. First time I started 1/1/08 and lost more than half of my body weight. Got down to about 120 and was a size 2. Then shit happened I fell into a huge depression where I just ate and ate and ate. I dropped my gym membership (I used to go 5-7 times a week) and just sat around making myself fat.
I’ve tried to lose weight since gaining it back, but always fell right off and back into my bad habits. But not this time. This time I have a friend I report to every day and we’re staying on track! Unfortunately I can’t exerc because I have something bad going on in one of my heels. Not sure what it is and I need to get to a doctor to have it looked at. Once that’s done, I’ll be exercising again.
So that’s about it. I’d love to make a few friends on here! I used this site when I lost the weight the first time, and I’m happy to say I’m still good friends with a lot of the people I met all those years ago. So stop on by and say hi!!
