So I took everyone's advice and figure out what works best for me as far as weighing in. I've decided every other day works. That way I can still track my habits and hold myself accountable. Since I tend to go off track when I weigh in once a week. I'm always like "I'll get it down by the end of the week."😅
I still can't seem to log my homemade cooking though. So my food diary is incomplete sometimes. Any suggestions on that guys?

I honestly don't have words for this drop. Except for maybe WOW!😳🤯 I mean what in the holy hell is going on.🤔🤨 I honestly weighed myself 10 times and everytime the same result. So yeah I'm freaking ecstatic this morning.🥳
I'm sure it's mostly water weight but still. Goodbye water weight for the week.🙋🏽♀️😎

I'm finally getting back to my normal routine. I was under the weather for a bit but I feel 100% now. I will be logging my weight once a week until I'm back on track. Weighing in every day is a bit discouraging sometimes. Especially, when it goes up and down for no reason.
