Didn't log Monday since it was my birthday.🥳🎉 So this is my Birthday dinner gain lol.😅 I will get back on track by this weekend for sure. I made homemade strawberry icecream, Korean kalbi, rice and broccoli for my birthday dinner.😋 No alcohol since I forgot about my Twisted Tea lol.😅

I'm going to assume this is from working out yesterday.🤔 Since I always weigh a bit more the next day after working out.🤷🏽♀️
So I've been drinking about 70 to 78 ounces of water each day but I feel like I should be drinking more.
How much water do you guys drink a day? Also if it's more than 80oz. How are you able to drink more without getting that I wanna barf feeling lol? 😅
*Side note, I absolutely love water and I don't drink any other fluids besides water. I just can't get pass 78oz.
Today's Workout: Core,Leg and Glutes
150 Alternating Step Up Forward Lunges
100 Side Leg Raises (L&R)
100 Single Leg Raises (L&R)
100 Weighted Bridges
100 Reverse Crunches
50 Leg Circles (L&R)
30 minutes Stationary Recumbent Bike.

Pan Seared Tilapia with Green Onions cut up over Jasmine Rice. I also had a big bowl of broccoli that's not shown. (*^◇^*)

This shark week definitely got the better of me cramp~wise. I'm just happy it's over and I can get back to focusing on my goals. I've also been fasting with my workouts the last couple of days. It's actually been pretty good. I thought it would suck since I'm weight training. However, it's not that bad. I'm doing the 18:6 and I usually workout an hour before my window starts. That way I eat directly after my workout.
Today's Machine Exercises:
100 Leg Extensions
100 Pectoral Fly
100 Seated Chest Press
4x25 Behind the Head Lat Pull Down
4x25 Lateral Straight Arm Pull Down
100 Weighted Standing Crossover Crunches (L&R).
Adding in some cardio today. It'll be the first time since I started my journey.
Stationary Recumbent bike: 30 minutes
