Friday Weigh in - Scale went down a bit - I'll take it. Worked out doing 21 day fix this week. I did body cardio, upper fix and lower fix, Mon, Wed, and Thur. I'm hoping the scale moves a bit more now that I'm trying to add the workouts back in. Loving these workouts - they are only 30 mins each and I do them in the privacy of my own home.

well I thought I would have done better on the scale. The chili and taco dip was heavy last night. I only had 1 c of chili and 1/2 c of taco dip with chips. Ok, looking at that - 1/2 c taco dip - looks like a lot. Well, everything in moderation. Today was a better day and I Got a workout in. I was going to just sit on couch and play on computer. but I turned on the beachbody on demand and got a cardio fix in. yeah me!!!!

I seriously thought the scale would have shown a bigger loss. Been sitting here thinking about what could be effecting the scale. I came up with the following:
On my monthly, ate 2 eggs with 2 slices of sourdough bread, and hash brown casserole at Cracker Barrel for dinner last night. I only had my Shakeology shake (mix with 5 chunks of frozen pineapples, and 1 C of orange juice) yesterday for lunch and a small snack of Chicken Tortilla Soup around 4:30. I've been getting plenty of sleep . I haven't started the working out yet. I wanted to add that in the future. Trying to take baby steps that will be a lifestyle change so I don't throw in the towel. Any other ideas?

Good morning- It's a Monday and a new Month. I've decided I'm going to weight myself on Monday mornings and Friday mornings. This way I see my status on weight loss and if the weekends kill me. Well, Last Friday I was at 152.7 and this morning I was at 153.8. We did go out of town for the weekend and was eating / drinking out the whole time. Today it is back to my Shakeology shakes for lunch and a sensible dinner. I am also going to try to get a workout in after work, since I am getting off early to run to an appt. I can do this!! I have done it in the past and I didn't let it get out of hand.
