Got discouraged but I a back on board. This is a journey. Its Not supposed to be easy but the results are exhilarating!
Jogged 9.2 miles today ( burned 1,052 calories)! That was intense. Feeling super energized!! Yessss.

Was too excited not to weigh myself today.
And guess what I dropped ten pounds! So glad I didn't let anything discourage me. It's all about hanging in there and being consistent! Yayyy victory.
Here's to being in the 140s in no time! I am sooo elated because I've felt unattractive due to me weight for so long. And I look really good in the 140s. In the 130s, I am genuinely happy with my weight and appearance.
This time around it's more about being healthy and creating sustainable habits but feeling good about myself is Fantastic too ❤ glad I can have both.
I've been going to the gym 5-6 days a week. At the gym I elliptical 5-6 miles a day (sometimes 5-7 miles if I'm super perky :D . Did 7 miles on Wednesday)
Working out makes me feel happy, de-stressed, energetic, alert and alive. I love it!
On the days I don't wanna go because of laziness, I just have some tea and go to the gym. Working out is a non-negotiable especially since the gym is less than 5 minutes away.

Happy to be losing 🌈🦄.
Usual Breakfast: smoothie ( 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup frozen fruit blend, 1 tablespoon diatomaceous earth)
Maybe an hr or so afterwards, I'll have some tea.
The diatomaceous has really helped me with cravings, also when I have it I notice I eat a bit less throughout the day. I feel fuller longer. And it helps keep me regular too! I love this stuff!
Lunch is usually a salad loaded with veggies, a bowl of assorted fruits, and another vegetable on the side. I use salad dressing that are lower than 40 cals per serving and measure my salad dressing. (A salad is not longer healthy with 200 cals of dressing on it)
Sometimes I have hummus and pita for lunch, sometimes a wrap. But I always have fruit on the side
I'll snack on fruits and nuts throughout the day. I like 100 cal packs for snack nuts.
Maybe I'll have some carrots or cucumber with ponzu
Most days, Dinner is 4 different types of veggies (last night's dinner as example: half a sweet potato ( garlic mashed), chimichuri green beans, baked zucchini, stewed tomatoes )
. Sometimes if I'm lazy dinner is veggie stew, vegetarian chili, or soup
Dinner always has sides: fruits and side salad
I've kept away from milk and I feel LOADS better. A lot less bloated.
When I am having cravings (when I am not hungry) , I'll have a 5 calorie stick of gum. Super helpful.
I've stopped eating when bored and I am so happy! Also I've got so much more energy in the morning!!'
I know I lost more weight and am so excited to weigh in this Sunday!!

Went to Florida for vacation with my unhealthy/overweight friends. Ahhhh. I should have had more self control. Time to get back into business!!!
