1. Wake 5:40 a.m/shave/dress/cook breakfast
2. Breakfast 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 wheat toast, coffee no sugar.
3. 100mg vitamin C, 1 tumeric pill, 2 omega 3, 1 multivitamin, ibuprofen
4. Gym 630 a.m to 730 a.m.
5. 100 mg vitamin C, 1 H.
6. two bottles of water
7. Lunch-91 g Italian sausage, 1 wheat toast, slice of Colby Jack
8 Snack- 1 navel Orange
9 shower
10. Dinner-91g italian sausage, 1 garden salad with Italian dressing
11. 100mg Vitamin C, 6 mg Melaton.
12. 1 multivitamin, 1 tumeric,, 2 omega 3, ibuprofen.
(I am trying to focus on no snacking between meals except for two oranges or two apples per day).

1. Wake 7am.
2. Gym closed X mas day. Oh well.
3. Breakfast- 5 eggs/7 pieces of bacon, 3 wheat toast.
4. Lunch- 4 bags of lays potato cheaps (31.8 g/eacch)
4. Dinner- vegetarian
5. No exercise today except walking the boxer dog.
6. 300 mg vitamin C, Tumeric, omega three, Ginseng, ibuprofen, 4 bottles of water.
7. Merry X-mas and happy holidays to all the folks on this site.

1. Wake 7am
2. 100mg vitamin C, 1 multivitamin, 1 ibuprofen, 1 tumeric, 2 omega 3, 1 Ginseng.
3. Break fast- 3 eggs- 2 slices of cheddar no bread.
3.5 Gym 7:40-8:40 am
4. Snack 3 eggs 2 slices of cheddar no bread
5. Light lunch
6. vegetarian dinner
7. Concentrating on no snacking
8. 4 bottles of watter.

2. Breakfast, 2 eggs, two saugsage links, 1 wheat toast with butter, coffee no sugar, 1000ml bottled water.
3. 100 mg vitamin C, 1 tumeric pill, 2 ginseng, 2 omega 3 pills, multivitamin, ibuprofen.
4. Gym 7 50 a.m. to 8: 50am
5. 2 bottles of water.
6. 100 mg Vitamin C.
7. Lunch 5 oz steak, 1 cup wild rice, two servings garden salad with balsamic dressing.
8. 6 ten minute walks with dog.
9. Dinner- 5 oz steak, 1 cup of wild rice, two servings garden salad with balsamic dressing
10. 100 mg Vitamin C, 1 multivitamin, 2 omega 3 pills, 1 tumeric pill, 3 mg. melatonin.
11. 12 am sleep.

2. Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Tumeric, omega Fish Oil, Ibuprofen, 50 mg Vitamin D.
3. Breakfast- Two eggs over easy, 1 wheat toast with butter, I pork sausage.
4. Cardio Kickboxing 6am-7am.
5. 2 Bottles of water, apple.
6. Lunch- Beef stew, 1 french roll with butter, 50 mg Vitamin D
8. Dinner- Vegetarian dinner, 50 mg Vitamin C
9, Snack-- apple and an orange
10. 2 bottles of 500 ml water.
11. Melatonin 50 mg.
