So I screwed up yesterday night. I had strawberry cheesecake. I was SO guilty about it. I have been having super stressful days and I know that's not an excuse... I thought the scale would jump up but it went down which is really weird. I dont get it but I guess I shouldn't complain? Anyways we are all human right I guess we all slip once in a while

Post cheat meal, continuing to drop. Slow progress, but steady. Stressful time right now with taxes/work but keeping at it! Haven't been able to sleep very well. Hope everyone else is doing well

Not weighing in for a few days as I finally got to enjoy my cheat day yesterday! Do not want to see the damage lol. Waited a long long time for it. My goal is to be at 158 for next Saturday. I tend to drop weight quickly after a cheat day because it gets out of my system.
How does everyone else do with their cheat days? Do you have any at all? What do you eat?

Post-training session at the gym. Gained 1.5 pds water but lost fat %. So close to 160!! Can't wait
