Been struggling the past week. Managed to gain a pound since my last weigh in 8 days ago. Some of that can be attributed to attending a birthday party for a friend at a local crab shack (no shortage of butter at those places) and I calculated my one meal was about 1120 calories. Ouch! Lucky I only ate 2 other small meals all day and my calories were still a shade under 1800 for the day. I also did a 35 minute short hike earlier in the day.
I've been hitting the gym pretty hard so this plateau in weight loss COULD be muscle gain.

Been lazy lately on the exercise. Working 6 of 7 nights - 12 hour shifts - has severely degraded my motivation factor as I get home and I'm exhausted. My weight has gone from 210.2 to 212.2 in the past 3 days. Some of that may be water weight variation. But not exercising can't be helping, either.
I'm about to go for a walk. Rainy out but living in Juneau, Alaska, sometimes you got to say 'screw it' and put the jacket on and get out and go.

I'm pretty happy with my progress thus far. My waist appears to be around a 39 1/2" (used to be 43" June 30th) Clothes seem to fitting nicer. I am still ultimately trying to get under 200 lbs by the end of July. It will be tough and is going to take dedication but I am confident I can do it.
