Wow what a buzz kill, I would have never eaten a Cheese Pizza in the past for any reason let alone to avoid meat. Now I find out over 900mg of sodium in one 6 oz slice. Thank God I only had one slice for lunch. Living good is going to be tough.
Keeping under 2,400mg daily is presenting a challenge.
On the up side I am sleeping & feeling better now that I have started eating better.

OK, so I did very well today, then there was Dinner, I was committed to a Dinner at the Local Masonic Lodge. I did not over eat but it still put me over my personal daily goals. Now that Easter is over, I can get Hard core again.

After using this site for only three (3) days I am stunned at how much sodium is in my diet, salt is something that I actively avoid at all costs.
Sodium Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA)
The current recommendation is to consume less than 2,400 milligrams (mg) of sodium a day. This is about 1 teaspoon of table salt per day. It includes ALL salt and sodium consumed, including sodium used in cooking and at the table.
