So, I made my goal for these few weeks! Yay!
But yesterday I really didn't stick to my eating plan. I only ate about 900 calories total for the day when my goal RDI is about 1700. I was dizzy, nauseous, and got a headache by the end of the night. I'm not really feeling hungry anymore. I'm going to need to make sure that I'm taking in enough calories but not eating to many.
This losing weight thing is tricky, but I'm encouraged to keep going. One day at a time. :)

Almost there and I haven't been following the diet exactly. One day at a time, one pound at a time. it's just good to be making progress.

So, I lost 3 lbs this week. I didn't really stick to the diet like glue either and we skipped two days of exercise and I still lost. I am starting to think that I can really do this. one day at a time, small victories.

Still doing good. I'm taking it one day at a time. I worked out this morning and I packed my lunch. I really feel like I eat all day on this program, but according to the FatSecret eating log I was still under my calorie goal yesterday. One day at a time.

I figured I'd restart the diet tracker to actually see what progress I have made with the 21-day fix. No change so far but it's only been two whole days lol. One day at a time.
