Going back on induction. Got a Fitbit. Going to the doctor on Wed. Getting back on track.

I have been eating great all day during the week and on the weekends, but working a second job at a gas station surrounded by chips, donuts, and banana bread is too much for my lack of willpower. Good news is that I only have one more week of that job and I can go back to normal. Hopefully I can have a productive summer. :)

It feels good to be back on track finally. I have many regrets in life and going off plan for the holidays/vacation is certainly one of them. It is already March and I am just now back in the swing of things. I still have about 10 pounds to lose before I am back where I was in November. Never again, I tell you that. Word to the wise: there's a big difference between a cheat meal or an occasional splurge and having a cheat SEASON! I got all cocky thinking I could slide right back into it like I have always done after a splurge or indiscretion. A very humbling experience this has been.

Ate crappy,high sodium foods last night at my second job. I was so proud of myself too for not giving in to the siren song of fresh donuts being delivered too. <sigh>

Well, I went back to normal LCHF and I have a bump up. I expected that, so I am rolling with it. I did have buffalo wings last night, so there may be a little water involved as well. Although. there is an uptick on the scale, I feel my clothes fitting a bit looser. I am going to eat normal LCHF today and then go on egg/meat for the rest of the week. I am going to test out a rotation between the two and see what results. Have a great week everyone.
