So I did something really dumb. Last week was the first week of my two challenges. I hadn't weighed in since mid September but I wanted to make sure I was on track. But when I went to weigh in my scale had dead batteries. So I decided that for the Oct. 5th weigh in I would just guess my weight. So I think I said I dropped 1.5 or 2 lbs. Well I got batteries this week and figured well let me just see what it says. OMG!!! My original start weight was 333.0. I got on and off the scale 3 times for the last three days and my weight now says 317.0. I was jumping around like a loony toon. So I lost 16 lbs. since my original weigh in back in September.

Now I just have to get my eating in control. I haven't been eating like I should and almost passed out during a staff meeting last week. I honestly just haven't been hungry. It took me 3 hrs on Wednesday to eat my breakfast. 3 HRS. Makes no sense. And then I didn't eat lunch cause it took me so long to finish breakfast. And then I had a little bit for dinner. But I'm thinking that I haven't been eating more than 1000 calories because I'm just not hungry and I know its not healthy but I can't help it. So my husband, daughter and friends at work have vowed to help me by forcing me to eat.

So as I sit here I am being force fed a bagel. 135 calories and a diet coke. I know diet coke but I needed it this morning. Got a lot to do and a little time to do it in. Oh well. Now I think I have caught you up journal. :-)
