My ketone count is all over the place. But, I'm sticking with low carb and two meals a day ;until, my numbers stabilize.

I guess the weight I initially lost was water weight. My true weight seems to be 267.2 from 270 I did lose some weight; however, I have yet to measure any Ketones.
I'm sticking with it. I really want to know what it is like to be in ketosis.
My workouts are very good, I'm staying consistent. In order to be in ketosis, according to the data, I'll have to closely watch my protein intake and cut the carbs more.

I got up ate Steak & Eggs and left at 5:30a to go to the gym for a workout before I head to work. Staying w/ Keto I'm temporarily braking my Warrior Fast to take a friend out for lunch; because, of his birthday. I'll get some unsweetened Iced Tea and a Cobb Salad. I'll regroup in a few days. The advantage is I'll still remain in Keto. I used my Keto Breathalyzer last night and blew a 0.0. So, I'm still not adapted to Ketosis, yet. My workouts have been awesome and I feel great!!
