Weight remains fairly steady. Dieting is fine but it is easier to quash cravings by exercising. Yet the exercise time has been pushed aside for trip preparations for Friday such as laundry, trying to change my times for getting up and going to sleep, etc. I was able to walk for 20 minutes.
