Wow It's been awhile since I logged in a weigh-in. I have been staying around the area of 140 lbs. Watching what I eat by item and portions. Finding that I'm not taking emotions out with food. Strange I use to do this in the past. Now I force myself to eat. Not working out like I use to but still doing some. I try to walk alot more instead of parking closer - I park further and just walk. Hope everyone is doing good.
