I've just been easing into this since Monday, and following more closely the past 2 days. It's such a big improvement over what I've been eating lately, that for now, following it 75% is enough. What I'm doing wrong at the moment is having a grain serving with every meal, and having a 100 calorie choc pudding after dinner. I can let that go eventually if I have to. But it is something small to look forward to right now. So far, this week has felt really good. I'm liking this plan and it's very doable. Doesn't feel like a diet, and my favorite thing is that my family is eating the same meals. Yay!
