Haha .. I am back on strict observation.... these little jump ups are not making me happy!! On paper I should be down 8lbs over the month in fact I am around the same I was at the beginning of June! I would like to say its increased muscle mass.... may be wishful thinking! I think Joe Hicks advises you can get trimmer and actually slim down with increased weight through training... but I shan't hold my breath!! lol
