Sweetie, you are way too young to let yourself to feel defeated by the scales. There are people on this website that are 350 and more. And they have the courage to do this one-day-at-a-time, and you can, too. Your value is not in your jean size. It is in your heart and your character. You do not have to put up with being verbally abused. Walk away when someone tries to put you down. You are better than that, and if that person cannot appreciate your beauty and value, then perhaps they do not deserve to be part of your life. You are in my prayers. Hang on, and do this for YOU.
