WooHoo!!!! I was so surprised when I got on the scale this morning and - Lo and Behold, a FOUR pound loss!!!! I've been using the Golden Rules, and they WORK!!! The only other time I've lost this much weight was when I was sick, and I ate all kinds of foods, just in smaller portions.
We went out to Indian food for dinner last night, and I tried a little of everything - Even the fish Pokaras I couldn't resist - and I left the restaurant feeling satisfied, when everyone else I went with was feeling overly stuffed. It's been hard learning to control your eating, and slow yourself down, but it is sooo worth it!
Well, I'm off to the gym! Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!
