Weekends are tough because I like to cook and it is so easy to cheat with food that is convenient but horrible for me. But, I did do so additional exercise by walking etc. at least 2x a day so that must have been enough to help me lose a few pounds. Today I exercised my arms and then went 2+miles on the elliptical and burned 350cals. All-in-all not a bad day if I can control my appetite when I get home at 9pm and not eat before I go to bed would be an accomplishment.
