I have quit smoking and I am finding it really hard to not shove food into my mouth to compensate for the cravings. I have already gained about 3 kilos.

Starting all over, lets hope this time I can control this while remaining smoke free

Congrats on quitting smoking! That's a very healthy choice. I've heard that chewing gum and carrot sticks are great for combating the cravings: they give something for your mouth and hands to do without adding many calories. Good luck!
