Had a couple of eating out days last week, weight seems to have stayed the same. Still doing the Jigsaw thing and it works, I don't go near the kitchen during the evening.

Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Had a better week and still doing the jigsaw in the evenings to keep me away from the kitchen, it works. lost 1 kg.
