I know I can do better. I haven't. I've retired now and discovered how easy it is to sit around the house when you live at a place where 100+ weather is the norm in the summer.

I've decided, I'll just have to go to the gym more often; even if I only walk slowly on the treadmill to make up for not waling around the office or back in forth to my car and meetings. I have two restrooms in the house. I'll at least use the further restroom around the house.
