Texas Heat's Logboek, 25 okt 18

I gained weight but I'm on my supplements again and they always make me so hungry plus lifting heavy. So, not too discouraged but when I'm over 220 my sleep apnea kicks in so I need to get that under control. I really want to get to 200 by years end but I also want to increase my bench to 400lbs while increasing my deadlifts and squats; so the battle is on. To all who read this may your stress be low today and blessings shower you from all directions. Oh, and please love on someone that needs it!!!

Going after 400lbs! Wow! I'm just trying to 'hold' my current lift at 200lbs! Haha Good job! Party On!

Thank you adefwebserver! It usually comes with a cost though. If I had to do it over, I think I would chase the fitness more than the bulk. Maybe when I reach 400 LOL. Who am I kidding.
