I'm following WW again but also do a kickstart of my own making about 3 days a week on and 2 off and 3 on etc., where I cut my points down to approx. 20 or 800 to 1000 cals/day. The idea is to shock my body and boost my metabolism. This is theoretical but worth a try since I have tests the end of October and I need to show some losses. The other days "off" I will resume WW pts. of 26. Hope it helps!
