Still losing even though I haven't been following my diet at all.... I still feel bad but the vitamins are helping. My doctor appointment is only a few weeks away so hopefully we'll figure out what is wrong... And I can get back to exercising.


I also want to say that I've been in the 220's for over 2 months. Longer than that I think... I'm finally below 220 :) 1der land is inching closer.
