Not bad this week. I was happy to lose a pound. I have been exercising every day with my wii fit. Not only do I feel better I really am spending alot of time with the kids doing it. I actually got quite a few comments this week about how good I am doing and that they really can tell when I am in my "real" clothes oppose to the scrubs I wear. Makes me want to keep on going. To another great week!
