I always say, if you're going to cheat, do it with duck fat! Okay, I don't REALLY say that. But, if you're going to cheat, make sure you really enjoy it. You have been steadily losing, and probably feeling a whole lot better already. A little cheat occasionally helps us go the distance. It's way better than a binge!!
