oh well. I blame the yummy baked potato soup and tres leches cake. the reality is that I was not nearly as active last week. we had daily thunderstorms causing a ton of flooding in our area all week. that stressed me out and I also didn't get in the usual long walks with the dogs because of the weather. no excuses. but there were reasons. need to do better this week.
