Don't want to seem ungrateful but I expected a bigger loss this week because I really busted my back but I guess it will have to do.

That’s a really healthy weightloss for a week. Slow and steady might take longer but you won’t regain it quickly

Shereen you use the butter method I use the milk method 🤣 I remember the first time I lost 2kg and was dissapointed untill someone took out a 2L milk and put it in front of me saying: Do you still think it is not a lot?
