Haven't weighed in a while - pretty pleased with my results. I'm not working out as much as I use to but I am definitely more relaxed and not as stressed out. This is do to not working at a place that had a very hostile environment and done with the divorce (I asked for it). I still run and lift weights but not as often. I don't have an "end-all" attitude to life anymore. I am enjoying my life as it comes. What a relief! I love living now!!!
