Woohoo! I'm under the 275 mark (minor goal here). I snuck a peek at the scale yesterday, thinking there would be a gain after my Saturday and the fact I'm going to start any day now. However there was a still a loss - although minor. But I was ok with that - yesterday I was at 275.6. I figured maybe after a day I could sneak under 275 - never did I think I would lose another 1.6 lbs in one day. So I don't know if I was just REALLY bloated last week, or if it had anything to do with the fact I didn't drink ANY Coke Zero yesterday. I only had water and a cup of coffee.
