after a frustrating month, I took a FS break and stayed off the scale. Stopped logging and everything. It's time to get back to it. I'm finally off of all medication. The doc stopped my metformin this week and my a1c has been stable at 5.1 for the last two testings and I AM FINALLY IN ONDERLAND. I haven't seen under 200 since my early 20s about 30 years ago!

@keyten77, sure! I was diagnosed with an a1c of 7.5. in March it was 5.1 and was still there in May when I was tested again. I think it may have been 6 in December. I keep it low by not eating sugar, or any processed foods. So low carb, moderate protein and a little more fat than protein.
