So I lost a bit of control during the holidays, no exercise and a LOT of baking. Holidays are over and I didn't want to record the gain, but it is slowly coming back down and I feel like I am back into a rountine with better eating and exercise, so I thought I'd start recording weigh ins again. I've also started the Lose to Win Challenge at the Hospital again. Hopefully I can clean things up even more and next weigh in will be where I was before the holidays or less! During the last 2 weeks we celebrated my and my sister's birthdays, so those and the cake that came along are out of the way!
Who knew 3 weeks off of exercise would feel like you are starting all over again?! We bought a new treadmill and it has some workouts programmed into it. I'm really digging that the speed and incline change without me having to think about it!
