I am trying something different today. I am fasting, hopefully this will help me with weight loss. I tried a lot of different diets but they didn’t really work out for me because I couldn’t stick with them. Fasting is also very hard but I’m actually proud of myself for not eating while fasting. 👍🏻

It's really a mind over matter thing. I used to be the "hangry" type, you know, getting headaches for not eating & getting mad because I couldn't stuff my face, now, you wouldn't believe that I'm the same person. Hang in there. It gets easier. I started out with only one day a week, for a month, & from then on increased it more often. Now I'm on one meal a day during week days & on weekends I do IF, eating only lunch & dinner. Skipping breakfast.
